Project Manager

Project Manager is responsible for managing software development team efforts for a variety of clients. He or She will keep abreast of project timeline and status and drive project roadmap. He or she will collaborate with senior level business and technical leaders to ensure project success and will plan and execute plans to manage various aspects of project realization including scope, quality, schedule, cost and risk. Successful candidates will have a track record of serving as the project manager on projects that were delivered on time, within budget and meeting all requirements. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Possesses understanding of business and technical environments.
Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Provide reliable top-down and bottom-up estimates as is necessary.
Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion.
Under SCRUM and Agile development methodologies
Understand Internet and client/server architectures. Familiarity with current software development languages, basis OO concepts, basic UML and basic understanding of current best practices. Developing expertise in the Rapid Process Map (RPM) methodology.
Maintain experience in tracking and managing projects using MS Project or similar PM software.
Identify opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change.

Education Requirement: 4-year college degree, preferably in Computer Science or Business-related experience. Experience Requirement: 5-7+ years of experience including demonstrated on-the-job leadership of people and projects.

Technical Architect

Technical architect is responsible for defining enterprise integration strategy and advanced architecture and solution/platform specific technical best practices. He or She will evaluate multiple third party solutions, author solution design document and lead team for integration implementation. Successful candidates will have a track record of architecting various integration solutions that were delivered on time, with high quality and designed for security, reliability, scalability and performance. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Business integration process definition and application design
Manage technical scope and client expectations
Create estimate and resource requirements
Timeline and resource management for implementation
Manage overall development, validation and deployment plans
Primary point of contact for customer’s technical resources on the integration
Subject matter expertise and technical guidance on best practices for integration with SaaS solutions such as Salesforce.com
Technical Issues Management
Identify opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change.

Education Requirement: 4-year college degree, preferably in Computer Science.

Experience Requirement:

8-10+ years of experience including demonstrated on-the-job leadership of people and projects.
Strong client facing consultative skills
Key technology experience in areas such as J2EE, .NET, XML Web Services, SOA, Force.com platform
Under SCRUM and Agile development methodologies
Detail oriented with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts and technologies
Ability to organize and lead client sessions that involve non-technical resources, creating requirements and technical design.
Ability to generate client signoff and commitment to the overall solution and design.
Knowledge of enterprise systems, CRM, SFA, and ERP
Experience with Enterprise Integration and ETL tools
Excellent analysis and communication skills
Willingness to travel (Approx. 50%)

Software Developer

Software developer with web application development experience in Java, Microsoft .Net or Force.com frameworks. Responsibilities include analyzing customer’s requirements, designing and coding application or integration in Java, C# or using salesforce’s Apex programming language.

Educational Requirement:

Must have a B.S. in Computer Science or related area of study.
